2 stars Well this is the first albums from one of the best (and criminally underrated) guitar players of this rock era.

In brief summary, this is a bunch of bluessy-oriented songs, faster than usual, with incredible electric guitar playing...... but no more! All the songs seem released in an hour, 'cause they are extremely similar each other, almost identical. In general, there are awful arrangements (both brassy and string), except on Hineimatov, Mercy mercy mercy and Ode to Billy Joe, the highlights. And of course, this is an entire instrumental album.

However, all this material was released (together with his second album, Profile) later in 1988 on a compilation called "A Talent's profile", in which maybe you can enjoy this album better, because Profile is not that awful as this one. If I didn't put one or zero star, it's just because these three outstanding songs that I've already mentioned.

Cosick.
