1 stars PIKE 223 - DRAGGING THE FENCE is the 4th album released by BUCKETHEAD in 2016

Released on January 19, 2016

This album is ALL instrumental

BUCKETHEAD plays all the instruments heard

The album clocks in near the 30 minute mark, this one at 29:57

This album contains two tracks with the title track swallowing up 25:18 and "Planted" at only 4:39

The title track starts out very slow like a Marty Friedman new age meets metal track on "Scenes" but not as good or sophisticated in the melodic department. It is OK but nothing more in the beginning. It basically goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on with nothing interesting happening. Yawn. Meh. Boring. Snoozerama. Really?

"Planted" starts out sounding exactly like the previous track. OMG! Just as boring and non-eventful as that one. Mellow guitar, extremely slow tempo, no percussion. This has been done countless times before and once was enough, so yawn! Lame! Worthless album

1/2 star rounded up because i have no choice
