4 stars Not as good as the Made In Japan double live album, but Made In Europe (which contains none of the Ian Gillan era tracks) is great too, in a certain way. Only 5 songs here, some are very long (a 16-minute-long 'You Fool No One', 11-minute-long 'Mistreated' which contains a blues part). Except one track ('Lady Double Dealer'), all is great here. David Coverdale sing very well, and Blackmore, for his last performance with the Purple...well, it's Blackmore, so it's great too !! I especially love 'Burn' here, first track on the short (46 minutes) but hot live show. This would be the last great Purple album, released in 1976 (recorded in 1974-75, just before Blacmore was remplaced by Tommy Bolin). Not a fan favorite, but even if Made In Europe is weaker than Made In Japan, I love this one ! I love it more than Made In Japan !
