3 stars So this is the last of 3 records that seemed to flow in the same vein.Wiederhoren,Flyday, and this one Nachtfahrt. Jan friede is on drums on only 3 tracks here. Not sure what he was doing on the side. But Gerry Brown played on the rest.Gerry Brown is fine American drummer who has played with loads of artists, among them Stevie Wonder,Stanley Clarke,Larry coryell,Marvin Gaye and Chick Corea amongst many.

There are 4 really good quality Kraan tracks that I love.Wintruper Echo,Elfenbein(sung in German for a change, which I kinda like),Nachtfahrt and Luna Park.

Faust 2000 and Viel su Heiss are reilly weird tracks which remind me of Die Machine from Let It Out days. Just a little too crackers for me,but hats off to being willing to space out

There are 3 tracks that do not really stand out here ,but are OK.Playing for You,Normal, and Paper Stars.

On a later release of this album in remastered version there is an added bonus track written by Gerry Brown,Your Daily Blues ,which is OK.

Sooo,the verdict is 3 solid * .

If you like Kraan in their more airy ,easier digestable era,I would start with Wiederhoren ,which is fantastic without a weak track on it.If you like that one ,you will most likely like my 4 favorites from this one.

Kraan is a one of a kind band, with excellent musicians.Check out their youtube additions on this site. Borgward is one phenomenal song.Give it a whirl.
