RENAISSANCE meets the New wave style here! It is probably the most sophisticated new wave album ever. The bass is still very present, full of bottom. Drums are honest. Haslam'as voice is still excellent, reaching sometimes very high notes. Couples of catchy songs like "Bonjour Swansong". The only bad thing is keyboards!! Awful! It looks like the new man Gosling looks very insignificant compared to the great John Tout.
