2 stars I'm somewhat torn here as to how to rate this album. On the one hand, the band is captured at peak performance level, but the sound quality is that of an average bootleg.

Once again we are reminded that Phil Collins was at one time a great drummer, not a pop diva. He and bassist extrordinaire Percy Jones provide an interesting and complex rhythm section for this set, which includes many of the most progressive of Brand X's compositions, and "Don't Make Waves".

It is most unfortunate that during many of the loud or fast sections of the songs, some of the instruments, usually the bass and keyboards tend to get lost in the mix.

Anyway, if the sound of the recording was better, I'd give this 4 to 5 stars. But with the only fair production, just 2.
