4 stars Brilliant first album from Heep... Starting of with ''Gypsy'' one of the greatest songs in rock history with fantastic lyrics. This first song shows that this is not just another band, it shows that this is the band that will go to history as one of the strongest and most influential bands in history of heavy music. Walking in your shadow is another strong song great riff, after that great ballad ''Come away Melinda''. ''Lucy blues'' for me represents the weakest link on these album bluesy song witch does not go with the concept of the album (US version contains ''Bird of prey'' instead of ''Lucy'' witch was great) ''Dreammare'' , ''Real turned on'',''I'll Keep On Trying'' and ''Wake Up (Set Your Sights)'' all fantastic heavy prog songs. For me this album represents one of the strongest debut album.
