2 stars An album who opens with an Iron Maiden riff taken from one of their most classic songs is sure to get the blood boiling. If these ten seconds is a sample or just note-by-note recreation is something I do not know.

This free EP is also almost forty-five minutes long. That sounds like an album to me. Value for money is what you get, all this 0.2 cents it costs you in fees to the ISP to download this EP/LP. But maybe I do not get this joke. Anyway, I am just splitting hairs now. Over to the music.

The music is not too shabby. A mix of the worst of European heavy metal bands, some Iron Maiden, a lot of Faith No More, some space rock like Hawkwind, some Pink Floyd and a lot of local flavours. That's Spain, in other words. This album is not breaking into flamenco though. But the sound makes it pretty obvious that this band is from the other side of the Pyrenees. The riffs is mostly metal riffs with some space rock rhythms entangled. The vocals is pretty bad though. Thin and not on the top of the music at all. The music too lacks any real quality. This EP mostly works in the background and nothing here makes any impression. This EP is pretty OK and the musicians does their best. But it does not have any good songs at all. I am afraid this EP is a miss. I will listen to and review their other releases too. Let's hope this EP is their one and only miss.
