3 stars Fleesh duo founded in 2014 by Gabby Vessoni and Celo Oliveira, best known for their covers of the groups Renaissance, Rush, Marillion that I had already listened to see, Genesis in 2020 and currently Pink Floyd. 4 original albums and their 11th all combined to relive the most emblematic titles of the Flamingos, here we go.

Titles taken from 'The Dark Side', 'Wish You', 'The Wall', 'Animals', 'Atom', B-side titles, 'The Division' where the sound refers to Karnataka and other Mostley Autumn, ' Obscured', 'More', 'The Final', 'A Momentary', in short everything you need to be able to revise a bit. Note that two monster tracks 'Dogs' and 'Shine on You Crazy Diamond' brighten up the album with their length and the quality of the covers; Gabby is indeed the attraction breathing new air with her voice as on 'High Hopes' and Celo is surprised to take up all the instruments in copy / paste sometimes, in pure research and digression other times.

Fleesh didn't just cover Pink Floyd, he shaped it to let our musical mind wander searching for similarities and differences with the original titles, knowing that Gabby's voice made me think of this, of there to that of Anneke, in short a pleasant digression in fact. (3.5)
