3 stars I like this album. Although modern and from Chile you can most definitely hear the Mottorik beat influence and their liking of Krautrock. It is fuzz laden and drony stony in parts, without rhythm but a lot of flow. Some tracks are on the other hand a clear tribute in the Hallo Gallo vein. I think band is nice and Krautrock enthusiasts will enjoy. If there is a downside one could argue it isn't all that original. I hear lots of Krautrock such as Amon Duul II and Neu! But also some modern dark similarities to DIIV for example. 3 stars meaning it is well worth a listen for me and one I may occasionally revisit. Pretty good bong album. I reserve 4 and 5 stars for albums I play a lot and 1 or 2 for one and done. This is somewhere in the middle. I even hear some LA punk TSOL type influence as well as some spacey goth flourishes.
