MIRAGE

Almost every track here was destined to become a Camel classic. Freefall is a powerfull opener to the album, great contribution by the recently disappeared Peter Bardens (died in January 2002, Pete rest in peace.). Also Supertwister, is Bardens'one, one of my best loved Camel songs! With also a good enchanting flute. Nimrodel/The Procession/The White Rider is an impressive long track by Latimer, inspired clearly by Lord Of The Rings. Lady Fantasy is signed by all Camel members and has a superb increasing keyboard intro!

This is a sure masterpiece-gift from Camel to the world's all prog lovers.in my opinion it's not the best Camel album because not comparable with the greatness of Moonmadness in which Camel (too soon, sadly!!) touched the highest peak of maturity!!
