FRANCES THE MUTE

I really wanted to like this album as the previous was good and there were parts that I thought had real potential if they werent obscured by non-musical noodling. The great musicianship that everyone's raving about is buried in layers of frustratingly muddled sound not to mention the lyrics. As far as the sound effects library I like what a previous reviewer said about throwing paint on a canvas and calling it art.
