4 stars "Divinities" is an elegant, mellow and mystical instrumental suite from Mr Anderson, the master of the flute and Andrew Giddings. It's beautifully arranged and follows a nice concept portrayed as 12 dances with god. The names of the tracks include some names of places which work well at setting the scenes. The music is all of high quality, a potent mixture of soft folky Jethro Tull, Western classical with touches of Indian classical as well. An excellent album for anyone's collection though strongly recommened to fans. And just like most of Anderson's solo works, this is better than any of the later JT albums.
