4 stars Not only do I consider this one of the best of the non-waters Floyd songs, it it one of the best songs of the past decade, period. It has it all ... melody, pristine guitar, upbeat tempo, and the best double-meaning non-waters lyrics that Gilmore has attempted to date. When Division bell came out, one prominant reviewer disparaged Gilmore for copying the guitar style of U2's the edge! That's like saying the Chuck Berry copied the Beach Boys! Gilmores signature picking echo-reverb style can be heard as far back as 1971 and is particularly developed in Echoes on the re-entry to the tune. This style is mastered in this beautiful tune by making it THE melody, much like the strumming chord progression in Run Like Hell and the end of Sheep from Animals. Anyway, The only thing that could make it better would be a concise - young lust - like lead break. I give it 4 stars.
