3 stars At first when I listened to this I was surprised to see NAUTILUS under electronic, but that changed fast. The main difference is that this instrumental album has a lot of guitars, mandolins and maybe other acoustic instruments involved, sometimes being the main focus on songs, and sometimes they just fill out the electronic soundscapes and sequences in the background. Some like "Burning Head" or "Strawberry Dream"are almost pure folk songs, with even some electric guitar. It's definitely an enjoyable listen even if it's maybe too ambiental for my liking, similar category of music like MICHEAL ROTHER which people listen to mostly listen while driving, reading or similar activities. The guitar led pieces are also not too repetitive or boring either, I think that through the album they can get pretty emotional, for some reason I thought of DAVID GILMOUR while listening "Winding Road" for example. Overall a successful mix of ambiental guitar and electronic music I think; it can be beautiful a few times but don't expect to be blown away.
