4 stars What a great cover album by Steve Howe! Every clasical Bob Dylan track shines with new colors. Fine musicianship, great singing! The best tracks are: Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands (sung by Jon Anderson), It's All over Now, Baby Blue (Annie Haslam), Going, Going, Gone, The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carroll and Buckets of Rain. Recommended for all prog listeners.
