4 stars Queen - Live at the bowl was recorded live at the National Bowl, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, on June 5, 1982 during the Hot Space Tour. Well I might say this is a solid concert, Queen here shows a solid potential even in a weaker pieces from Hot space. The set list is ok, some of their hits are performed very well like Now I'm here, Tie your mother down , and the rest are also good. Queen were at the peak of comercial succes, their albums sold millions worldwide, even the pieces from Hot spce here sounds good, they incorporate more groove and more guitar and in the end sounds much better then on original disc. Energis and with an unique aproch to music Mercury shines no matter where, when or how he plays aor sings, it's one of a kind in history no matter other say about . So, a great concert who captures Queen in a great form, very energic and well performed as always. 4 stars easy
