PROG REVIEWER
2 stars I fail to see the point of this album, a best of Jon and Vangelis album was released just one album before, which renders this album pointless. It's safe to say that this album was compiled solely for the money. Of course the music on the album is the quality you'd expect from these two legendary musicians, kind of. The style of music is somewhere in between of electronic, pop and miscellaneous with some progressive moments, but really it isn't usually all that progressive. The music isn't too bad though and it great for an occasional listen and songs like "He is Sailing", "I Hear You Know" and "The Friends of Mr. Cairo" are all good when you are in the mood. But really if you want the real Jon and Vangelis experience then I'd recommend the album "The Friends of Mr. Cairo." For reasons already mentioned this album gets two stars from me because it is quite a pointless album as already mentioned. Collectors/fans only
