From Dallas, Texas, USA comes They: the creation of composer and multi-instrumentalist Chris Parker. The project includes Shoalin Deathsquad alumni Androo O'Hearn on vocals and acoustic guitar, David O'Hearn on guitar, and Matt Thompson on drums. Along with Christopher Jackson on guitar and Jeff Plant on bass, the combo presents an eclectic range of modern influences from metal to electronic into deeply groove oriented progressive compositions. Often compared to Cynic, They tends to have a less aggressive approach, though the underlying textures definitely invite the comparison. The band's debut release Unspeakable, was released in October, 2018.
