Spiral Orchestra biography
This is a new project from Thomas CHAILLAN from the band on PA TMN who has composed and arranged the music here on "Atlas Ark", an ambitious concept album of symphonic prog rock music with classical and soundtrack movie influences and relating the story of a generation ship on a thousand-year journey across the galaxy. The album was recorded with a 20 piece band (doing the job of a 100 musicians in the studio) and consists of fully orchestrated music mixing a standard rock ensemble with a symphony orchestra. The project is based out of Switzerland and was recorded entirely locally at TMN Studio and Damp Studio (St Blaise, Neuchâtel). We can hear similarity with the symphonic prog metal band CIRCLE OF ILLUSION.
