Immune biography
Formed in Scarborough in 2002, IMMUNE relocated to Leeds and set-up their own independent record label, Gizeh Records, with the members of Ambient/Experimental duo GLISSANDO. Producing their own eclectic blend of alternative progressive rock, IMMUNE manage to defy classification, often threatening to settle on ground covered by RADIOHEAD or MASSIVE ATTACK, or even to the heavier territory of NIN and TOOL, but never settling, veering off at the last minute into other worlds that hint of Jazz and all that Queen influenced vocals of Jeff Buckley. Often beautiful, frequently moody, but never dull.
