Jeremy Storch biography
The musical roots of Jeremy Storch could be traced back to mid 60's: he played
in garage rock band called THE VAGRANTS (which he co-founded with Leslie West). The band will later became famous early hard rock unit often associated with Woodstock - MOUNTAIN.

He started his solo path in the early 70's, and released two albums: 'From A Naked Window'(1970) and '40 Miles Past Woodstock' one year later. While '40 Miles' was an pleasant mixture of art rock and pop, 'From A Naked Window' remains an artwork of unsurpassed value, introspective, moody, whimsical and evolving - borrowing from many various aspects of progressive rock and art rock - psychedelia, folk, singer/songwriter approach. It's somewhere between Robert Wyatt and Peter Hammill, and highly recommended.

Storch released a few more singles in the 70's; however, because of intensive way of living within a rock subculture, as well as drug abuse, he nearly died. He experienced epiphany, and devoted his life and career to the faith and religion. Jeremy Storch is Messianic Rabi and Cantor residing in Missouri, serving the Messianic Jewish / Christian congregation. In addition to his early albums, he published several more religious CD's, songbooks and teaching booklets.
