Event Horizon biography
EVENT HORIZON is really a one-man's vision: Dan WILLIAMS' background in rock and metal has led him to experiment with several genres in the past, from alternative rock (with the band DUST) to Metal/Mathcore (with NOVEMBERS DYING SKIES). A copy of DREAM THEATER's "Train of Thought" was the turning point in his musical career, resulting in Dan finding the style he wanted, blending emotion with technical proficiency. The debut 9 track album "One Final Day", released in March 2010, sums up the influence from a variety of musical sources. Dan WILLIAMS is responsible for all instruments on the album.

EVENT HORIZON's music is melodic guitar-driven classic progressive metal with some alternative rock (e.g. ALICE IN CHAINS) and ambient-experimental music influences.
