Stolas biography
This young band is from Las Vegas, Nevada. They have signed on the record label of Blue Swan Records owned by Will Swan member of the post hardcore band DANCE GIVEN DANCE. They made a CD in 2013, ''Living Creatures'' with plenty of guest musicians. The lineup is Carlo MARQUEZ on drums and vocals, Sergio MEDINA (guitar), R J REYNOLDS (bass) and Jason WEICHE (guitar, vocals). In 2012 they released an EP of 5 tracks ''Losing Wings'' that was recorded on Sergio?s garage.

Their music is in the genre experimental post-hardcore that contains many tempo changes and a huge display of guitar heroics. The singer can really sing his heart out sometimes to follow the intensity of the music. The music could be quiet complex with some heavy guitars riffs and despite the fast tempo on the songs, the band slow things down with some jazz breaks. The band has been compared to CLOSURE IN MOSCOW, CIRCA SURVIVE and MARS VOLTA.
