Amadeus Awad's Eon biography
Eon is Amadeus AWAD's side project including a set of well-known progressive rock and metal musicians, including, among others, Russell ALLEN (Symphony X), Kevin MOORE (ex-DREAM THEATER, CHROMA KEY, OSI) and John MACALUSO (ex-ARK, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN). The first EP "Book of Gates" was composed and produced by AWAD and Elia MONSEF (OSTURA) who also has a prominent role in the EP (vocals, programming); it was released via Power Prog in November 2014.

The music is influenced among others by SYMPHONY X but also carries a strong oriental "rock-opera" feeling.
