   Hi! We released our first, self-titled album June 7, 2017.

From Grotto was formed in Helsinki, Finland late 2015.  Psychedelic prog-rock describes our music best, even though we seek influence from music like jazz, world music and electronic music.
The core ingredients of From Grotto are four musicians: Joonas Turner; vocals, effects and keys, Pekka Takalainen; drums, Riku Hyötyläinen; bass and effects, and Antti Pasonen; guitars and effects. Four tracks of the album also includes Antti Vauhkonen; saxophone/flute, and Joonatan Juvonen; percussion. Antti and Joonatan are also often playing at our live shows.
