Egor Lappo - born January 13, 1995 (Kaluga, Russia). Russian prog-multi-instrumentalist who released his first LP "Way Without Light" in July 2018. Described as "a blend of Devin Townsend, Neal Morse and a bit of Gojira" it has prog-metal, few electronic-ambient interludes and a country song.

There is no info on genre here. The only extreme metal song is "Imperfection" though. Maybe few bits of "Midnight Anxiety". The rest is just prog-metal.

yes after streaming most of the tracks, prog metal is a better fit
