I am surprised that Fleshgod Apocalypse is not included on this site. They would be a fantastic addition to the tech/extreme prog metal section. It's brutal, fast, classically-influenced metal with top notch musicianship. Here is a sample of the band:


Additional notes about the band: they are from Italy and they have one album (Oracles) and one ep (Mafia). They are signed to Willowtip records.

I do not know if anyone has recommended them on here before. From what I looked at, it seems no one has really even mentioned them at all on here (except maybe once or twice).

 i saw these guys supporting their debut album, i liked the album,  but i am not sure about their inclusion here, i think they shouldn't be included here since they are more like technical death kind of stuff.. in the vain of Hour of Penance, Suffocation, Immolation and the likes
