Fairuz Derin Bulut Turkish Psychedelic Band. "They have always made music with the instinct which completely ignores notions like boundries, rules and genres. I reckon they do belong here, and they class themselves as psychedelic, but even in that sub I have my doubts...I would have thought maybe Crossover might be more appropriate? Their music touches a fair few bases, and might even be worth considering for Eclectic, I suppose. Tough one for me, this...Needs a more expert opinion, I think.  Chris?...Keishiro?  |

A very strong case for Eclectic IMHO. There are some elements of folk and folk rock, but that's not where this music comes from.

May well end up in Eclectic but they class themselves as Psychedelic, their main influences include Barrett/Floyd, Amon Düül II, Erkin Koray, and the music mixes garage rock, spacey effects, lots of Hammond organ, Eastern influence... I think the Psych Team should have a listen first.
