I don't know very many of these, maybe five or so, but in my book Bitches Brew is every bit as much a masterpiece as its reputation says.

From the list, Weather Report. My favorite Wayne solo album is "Speak No Evil". His solo on Steely Dan's song "Aja" is also noteworthy. Such a great musician that left a lot of excellent music for us to enjoy.

I just felt like shining a light on Wayne Shorters (RIP) fantastic contributions to what PA brands as Jazz Rock Fusion. As a bandleader, player/performer/sideman - only a handful of legendary artists can match a list like this. And they're all actually featured on albums in this poll. Over 80% of these are treasured favorites of mine, but I'll try to limit myself to selecting six of them. -Multiple votes are allowed. If you know very few (or none), I suggest you'd do something about it.
