15 albums from 15 different sub-genres all finishing in 54th place in their respective genres.
One vote.
I like the Caravan, French Tv and Herbie Hancock the most on this poll and went with the latter.

Knowing half of the artists here, and a quarter of the albums features, it seems natural to go with Herbie Hancock's 'Sextant', probably the most adventurous out of the few records I am familiar with.

Ah, another one with Holger! I also love the Dead Can Dance album a lot and "Peak of Normal" isn't exactly my favourite in Holger's discography. A very tight affair between these two. Still I'm going to be partisan here and hope somebody else gives Dead Can Dance well deserved votes (I just see this has already happened).

A fun and eclectic selection. These are the five I can say I know well, and this is a top five:

Dead Can Dance-Into The Labyrinth
Holger Czukay-On The Way To The Peak Of Normal
Herbie Hancock-Sextant
Quarteto 1111-Onde, quando, como, porquê cantamos pessoas vivas
Potemkine-Nicolas II

Wish I liked the Quarteto 1111-vocalist more. He's not awful or anything, but I find his "loud, shouty parts" in particular unpleasant - or weak. I love everything else about that album of theirs. The sheer sound of the band is very appealing to me.

Okay two votes for Matraz is a surprise. Not because it's not a great album, I just didn't think many would know it. This one was suggested to me by one of the Angulart musicians.

Great album and my favourite from them. At least of what I've heard. A top three album on this poll for me.

Of course seeing Holger with a vote I thought it must be Lewian. Can is on the next poll I see.

I should have had Quarteto 1111 in my top three. I overlooked it. From Portugal led by Jose Cid and plenty of mellotron. And that Potemkine album is really good too.
