Canadian progressive/experimental rock band called Fond Of Tigers.
From their Myspace:
Stephen Lyons (guitar), Morgan McDonald (piano), JP Carter (trumpet, electronics), Dan Gaucher (drums), Skye Brooks (drums), Shanto Bhattacharya (bass), Jesse Zubot (violin) "Vancouver's Fond of Tigers incorporated a wide spectrum of influences—the irregular-metered complexity of progressive rock, the minimalist interlacing of melodic fragments, occasional ambience, a non-soloing collective approach to improvisation…and a hardcore energy and volume level that made for an intensely visceral experience." Very good, exciting band, and from Vancouver too. I'll have to check them out live if they're still around here. Haven't listened to enough yet to think if they're suitable for Eclectic, but I'm thinking they might just be. Yep, leaning more to it. See what other teams think and Rico, but I do think I could see it in Eclectic.
