I was thinking about that ... heck, they wouldn't need any more LaBrie and some folks would be happy ... can you imagine that guitar and Christian Vander? ... yeah! Sorry Mike ... you can go play with the rock'n'rollers!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

I have Angherr Shisspa and metal is a long way from my description of this Koenjihyakkei based on this album.

Yeah, Koenjihyakkei is very metal-ish, I like then, but is not really my style...

Zeuhl-metal? That's what I instantly thought when I heard Koenjihyakkei the first time. And I mean, extreme metal, not soft sh*t. I suggest you check out the YouTube videos with them performing at the 2009 RIO Festival.

Khemeļa is Magma inspired (band I suggested for PA a couple of years ago): http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=53719

Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I observed before. It can be much like that with music for me; immersed in experiencing the moment.

Not quite. The most metal Zeuhl band I've been able to hear is Universal totem Orchestra. Check out their albums Rituale Alieno and The Magus.

Oh and Happy Family might be a good bet too.
