Btw. Guy. I spoke to a sailor from one of the ferries in a pub at Mallaig harbour yesterday and he told me you are going to release a live DVD and a live CD in October. Would you care to elaborate on that....... ?

PMing people to "correct" their negative reviews is handling it extremely well? Just because you can justify an action doesn't mean it's the correct course.
Thank people who dig your music, take what constructive criticism there might be to get, and brush off the rest. There was evidence, which Rafael clearly identified in his case and is being proactive in a non-confrontational way. It makes me want to buy his album. For good or for bad, I already spent my money on yours.

I am sorry if this was not what you wanted from me, I'm just a sensitive soul I guess...

I think that it is not a bad idea to give some background information about anything that has to do with the album, but I cannot read anything about the music. Maybe it's a good idea to start a thread about this, but this "review" should be split up in a rating and a topic.

Rubbish. Guy was openly accused of manipulation in an open forum. How do you expect him to react? All he asked for was evidence. Not sure I would have been as restrained as Guy.

Had Guy responded in the manner of Rafael, things would have been very different. IMO, Rafael responded exactly as I would expected someone not involved to respond.
Guy may or may not be involved in his album's similar issues, but he either way he didn't handle it well.

Hello!, I'm a member of Echoes, and i find this very sad... Let me asure you that the band is not involved on this kind of things... We do published a link to progarchives on several venezuelan forums / facebook etc.. to get ratings and reviews from local fans, but we didnt expected this behavior and we feel very ashamed by this... Of course we cannot be responsible for the actions of that user (or users), still i personally ask to all of you an apollogize... Best regards! |

Hey it would be OK as a gift for the packaging and completionists like myself.
I wrote a review similar to that one and didn't get reported nor did Conor Fynes - We both gave it one star.... the difference between our reviews and the one above is his was more passionate and didnt hold back the anger and frustration of a useless compilation designed to bleed dry the already satiated Rush compilation clones market!
