lol --On this website PF genre is not Symphonic prog it's---"Psychedelic Space rock" ---the chords and the guitar solo's are blues based---not a crazy term for them. I like PF a lot---not one of my favorites so guess I'm surprised how badly they are losing but don't care that muxch. When I think of prog don't think "one of the most popular groups in the world" --- which they are---and it's because they are fairly easy to listen to.

and looking for a little excitement... or aiming to create it in our boring and often stressful real lives movement overnight I see.. not as dramatic as Genesis closing on K.C.. but still Yes making it bit more respectable. Not quite up to what Vegas said (13.5) .. but not the landslide it was earlier. |

I am surprised to see Yes trailing by such a large margin. If Dream Theater were winning like this someone would accuse the fan boys of conspiring.
 However, as great as PF are, and as much as I like them, Yes is arguably my favorite band, so . . .

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.
