I'm still pretty out of shape, but I'm slowly loosing it. I've already lost a pants size (now at 38). But if I stayed at this weight for the rest of my life I think I'd be content, though, so that's good

I need to go to a "fat farm" for a few months to get me back in shape.  Although I am not in horrible shape athletically I am in horrible shape visually.  Kind of like an overweight offensive or defensive lineman.  Not that I am claiming that i am as athletic as those guys but I do kind of look like those guys...without the muscles that can benchpress 500 pounds. LOL

I am really not as familiar with Uriah Heep as I probably should be.  Aside from their better known hits they've really been mostly off of my radar.  I have a few of their better known albums but have never really listened to any of them more than a couple of times.
