I remember hearing some mouthy woman on MSNBC a few years back saying that we needed to get past the idea that children belonged to their families, and start to understand that they belong to whole communities. I don't know if that was a veiled way of saying they actually belong to the state

This is shine like sun that European women are freer and I agree that 100%. Iranian women have fought for their freedom in the past 37 years. I mention to hijab and I know this isn't good. I have 2 daughters (23 and 16 yaers old) and when they went out or went to party , me and my wife were worried till they back  (because of Hijab and Police arresting!!!). but Your media show you stoned or ... EXAGGERATE. This may happened in one village and I don't want to ignore these stuffs but number of these things are very very small (1 or 2 in one year) .

You can ask your Athletes or any one that triped to IRAN. Few months earlier U.S Volyball national team came to Iran and stay 3-4 days. You can ask them about Iran.  You say "Middle East" easily but You must to know there are countries that you mistake about that. You must got correct information before talking about Nations.
