There's only one choice.......Thought Industry and if you don't like the music you go for the best food in the US hands down.
Plus my Cajun Coon-A$$ spousal unit will kill me if I don't pick Louisiana! LOL

That's interesting.  I thought that they were listed as Eclectic on PA.  I wonder if they were changed at some point.

Voted for Echolyn (fyi, they are listed on PA as Symphonic)
I use they/them pronouns (feel free to ask me about this!)

Check out my music on my bandcamp!

Genesis was excluded intentionally.  No reason to include any songs from the big 7 - 10 prog bands.

It looks as though Fat Larry's Band were from Pennsylvania, but they didn't have a song with Pennsylvania in the name.  At least not that I found.

I only have 3 songs in my collection with Pennsylvania in their name, and none of them were prog.  That being said, if I do a second state poll, I might include one of those songs.  I am not familiar with Fat Larry's Band.  Not sure if you are serious or messing with me.  Smile

How could you leave out Pennsylvania? I mean, there is Fat Larry's Band and many other great bands.

UK's Alaska was under consdideration for this poll, but I decided to go with the Pendragon song.  If I do a second states poll the UK song will likely be on that one.  Thumbs Up

^ Agree with you on that one there! Great track and great playing. Together with Les Claypool's impressive playing on Iowan Gal and the all-time neo-prog classic Alaska by Pendragon. The playlist kicks off greatly with Marbin, but these three are my stand-out tracks.

Okay so I just spent quite a long time listening to all of these, and there are some amazing songs in this list.
But that 'Kentucky Meat Shower' song is fire, so I chose it.
Levitating downwards,
atomic feedback scream.
