Before and After Science by Brian Eno is the one, here. David Bowie, John Martyn, and Anthony Phillips also delivered this year. In fact, Low is my favorite Bowie album.

Two really stand out - Perilous Journey and The Geese and the Ghost.
Too hard to choose. I'll go and give them both a spin.

Car. My favourite debut album of all time above even ELP and Per Un Amico. (Criminal record is such an odd album. The first 3 tracks hint at another supergroup to rival ELP and then there is the sublime Judas Iscariot. However in typical Rick fashion he just had to ruin it all with the Breathalyser)

Gotta go with Car, great album, let alone it has Solsburry Hill and Here Comes the Flood, both perfect.
The Wheel of Time Turns, and Ages come and pass. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the shadow.

I went with Eno because of Fripp's contributions!  An amazing LP!

This song blows my mind (Fripp and Percy Jones)

Peter Gabriel. I remember listening to it for the first time, and it really made an impression on me.
