I would add one more question to Daniel:

Is music on demo and 1998 CD the same or demo was reworked (rerecorded)?

Depending on the answer we'll decide should both entries be kept or we can combine their info on one page.

A question for you, Daniel.

We have your album 'Urban Names' on the site as both a 1998 studio album and a 1996 promotional demo (as indicated by RateYorMusic here).

However, according to apps79 in his review of the album here: During the summer of 96' a third cassette was taking shape, "Urban Names", recorded at the OOH! Studios in Madrid and released in 1997. By the end of the year Mellow Records approaches Mascarada and the last cassette was remixed in early 98' and eventually released on CD in December 98'.

Apps79 was the person who wrote the bio and added Mascarada to PA. He seems to know your history really well, but if you could confirm the year that your cassette promotional demo of 'Urban Names' was released for us, that would be great!

So, to sum all that up in a nutshell, was the cassette promotional demo of 'Urban Names' released in 1996 or 1997?

Welcome to Progarchives, Daniel.

You will be pleased to know that Mascarada are already here in Neo Prog, having been added to the site back in December 2011: https://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=6922.

I added the new album to your page. Almost three hours of music!! That's quite some album!

Hello.
I'm part of the Spanish progressive rock band Mascarada. After a long, long hiatus, we've released a new album, Jade, on Bandcamp.
Here's the link so you can check it out.

https://mascarada1.bandcamp.com/?search_item_id%3D4011609031%26search_item_type%3Db%26search_match_part%3D%253F%26search_page_id%3D4566425272%26search_page_no%3D0%26search_rank%3D2=

In it, you'll find our new album, Jade, as well as a digital booklet telling its story, lyrics, and a little about us.

I hope you like it,.

Best regards and thank you.
