It was a tough decision.
Eruption has more memorable themes, but in 1972 Focus didn't learn to build a proper epic yet. Too much bits and pieces, too fragmentary. Not a real epic, just soundbites that were pasted together.
In Hamburger Concerto there's a much more natural development of the movements, and there's a unifying theme. Moreover, the production and the energy on Hamburger Concerto are much better.
Anonymous Two isn't on a par in any way with the other two, so I'll vote Hamburger Concerto, their pièce de resistance.

Eruption is a powerful and at times beautiful, epic and therefore my choice.

Eruption then Hamburger Concerto
Anonymous II has some really great solos, but is not cohesive as a whole. That in itself does not make it equal to the others, but some of the solos destroy the entire momentum of the song.
Focus had this novel idea of putting in a lot of drum solos for no good reason, this occurs in Anonymous II, a completely overextended and boring solo near the album's end. The real problem is the unoriginal bass solo that goes on for around six minutes. Luckily that part can be easily skipped with the cd. It puts the drum solo to shame in its lenghth and equals it for its lack of passion and technique.

Eruption is slightly better then Haburger Concerto. I don't know this third epic which you mentioned.

I have only heard Eruption and Hamburger, but I must say I dont find them very epic at all. Just the 20 min cames them long, otherwise Eruption is like a long jam and Hamburger concerto well...bored me quite a lot Maybe some other time I will like em, but for now, not so much

I forgot to vote.
As much as I love all three of them, I find Anonymous Two to be the most enjoyable but also the less epic structured. It's basically a Theme - Flute Solo - Keyboard Solo - Bass Solo - Guitar Solo - Drum Solo - Theme structure which is really simple and not original. However, those solos and progressions throughout the song makes it really fun and my favorite.
The other two epics are both incredible too and could have easily gotten my vote on another day.

I would go with Eruption. the epics are from amazing to some leitmotiv unpleasant style, still they're very good, in perspective.

Eruption first, then Hamburger Concerto. Anonymous Two has its moments, but I don't like it as much as the other two.

Much as I love "Hamburger Concerto", for me it's "Eruption". The deciding factor is that I much prefer van der Linden's jazzy drumming approach over Allen's rock style.

Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I have observed before. It can be much like that with music for me.
