Listen some Marillion (classic albums are
Script For A Jesters Tear and Misplaced Childhood) This band emerged
just when the others disappeared. Marillion kept prog rock alive. Led
by singer Fish (with a very dramatic scottish accent), the band wrote
great prog rock epics, but some prog pop love songs too!

Hm...for a poll that doesn't include VdGG, this is accurate only in some way. King Crimson and Floyd are top bands, but Marillon definitely wouldn't be on the top. Genesis is okay, I guess. While ELP is over where Yes is, if not even lower. But anyway....

You scored as a Genesis |
Try some music from genesis! Genesis didn't mind getting very unpopular by the people, because their own weird style of music. Singer Peter Gabriel was very nervous when playing for great audiences, so he weared masks. Their live shows were not very different from their studio songs, but with masks and drama, their shows were unforgetable! Try the albums Foxtrot or Selling England By The Pound

I like Yes and Rush way over Jethro Tull and Marillion! Othervise the quiz was pretty accurate , the results show that there is not a favoured band among my likes (except KC damm quiz )
They should have included VDGG and kicked Marillon out.

I can mostly live with this. I prefer ELP over both KC and JT, and Yes is usually my 2nd favorite after Rush. Otherwise pretty good results.

Floyd apparently, which is quite odd, then everything random, then Genesis and Tull last

You Scored as ELP (Emerson, Lake & Palmer)
Try some ELP (classic albums are Tarkus, Trilogy and Brain Salad Surgery). ELP = drummer and professional maniac Carl Palmer, singer bassist (and sometimes guitarist) Greg Lake, and keyboard/organ/piano virtuoso Keith Emerson. ELP sometimes adapted classical compositions their own way, but they didn't seem to get less popular by it. They were multimillionaires and not afraid to show it. That attitude is hearable in the music too!

You Scored as Pink FloydTry some
of the great albums of Pink Floyd. Some of their famous (concept)
albums are The Dark Side Of The Moon, and The Wall. Pink Floyd started
as a psychedelic 60's band, but got more serious along the way. In the
early 70's the music was laidback and dreamy, with much organ by Rick
Wright, but later Roger Waters (bassist + singer) gave the band another
direction. It was more guitar based and serious. Roger Waters was very
critical to all the great leaders too!

You Scored as King Crimson Try King Crimson(the classic album is The Court Of The Crimson King, sometimes called the first real prog rock album). Their music is sometimes similar to symphonic rock, and is very mellotron dominated. They did some nice psychedelic, jazzy, dreamy jams too. Singer Greg Lake left soon to form ELP (also an outcome of this quiz), but King Crimson went on to made even more brilliant albums.

Well, Pink Floyd is one of my favourite bands, but my top favourite band, Yes, stands at the bottom, wich isn't right.
Jethro Tull is higher in the list than I should put it, but for the rest, it's not extremely far from the truth.
