Hitch got him on the supposed "fine tuned" universe that allows humans to have a bunch of problems that could've only arisen as a result of being an animal that evolved. Plus, I don't think that Craig actually belives in the miracle acts of Jesus judging from his reaction. Hmm.
That dude has no idea. Wyatt was a Communist, not a Socialist. Rock Bottom was his second solo album, not his first. Plus he contradicts himself in the same sentence by saying it's his first after his accident. Make sense! Finally, there is no debate. The album is great. Most people recognise this fact. We're not all Syd Barrett-types either. Some people don't enjoy it or like it but they don't use deliberately annoying reviews to get their point across. Oh and I suspect Robert Wyatt himself finds your review highly amusing too. He wouldn't take offence, he's a nice former-Commie. |
