Damn, makes me want to listen to their Desperado album ("Doolin Dalton" is one of my favorites from The Eagles).

I've got 3 minutes left on this one, and then Desperado is next, so if you care to join me in a Doolin Dalton listen that'd be cool.

My CD of it is severely scratched up.  Cry  It was one of the first CDs I had.

Wal-Mart has the album for seven bucks, so I think I'll grab it from there.
Just stick your head out the window and point your ears up Michigan way, I should have it on loud enough for you to hear it. Wink

I have been absolutely loving that album lately! Definitely one of my favorite Zappa albums.

Speaking of Zappa, I've been really into We're Only In It For The Money lately. Do you have that one?

Over-Nite Sensation is indeed one of my favorite Zappa albums as well.

About We're only it for the Money, yes, my father has it but I've only heard it once or twice, I was expecting a lot from it but it kind-of dissapointed me.

What do you think of it?

I initially really didn't like it. The first time I heard it I honestly thought it sucked, but for some odd reason I kept coming back to it. By the 4th or 5th listen I came to the realization that I actually love it! I really like the more avant and psychedelic feeling on it, and it still is growing on me. It's probably a 4 star album for me, but it could possibly be a 5.

I think after 5 listens you'll know your full opinion, though. If I judged it off of my first listen alone, my opinion would be much different. It really is a grower for me, though.

Fantastic, for now! Big smile

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
