Surprised I can't find him in the archives. He was a member of Weidorje and also did his own album in 1979 featuring most of the Weidorje band including gun bass player Paganotti. Here's some goodies

Good stuff, definitely something a Weidorje/Zeuhl fan would enjoy.  Thanks for that.

I just bought the recent CD of his work a few months ago and found it sprodically impressive! What was the reason for his rejection, I wonder?!

I suggested him again earlier this year: http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=86108

Been suggested a few times, and I'd thought that I suggested him some years ago to the ZART directly.  As you can see in my link, he was rejected be both ZART (Zeuhl/Avant/RIO Team) and JRF.  One thing I wasn't clear on was what full albums of his were taken into consideration.  Even if Goude by himself was rejected, which I disagree with, I thought at least Goude and Cole could be considered as a collaboration for Jeunes Annees (a reason why I uploaded that Jeunes Annes clip).  I actually uploaded the whole album for evaluation as well, but messed it up (and don't like uploading more than tracks since one can be in tricky copyright territories under fair use/ fair dealing policies).

I must admit that this was one of the most personally disappointing rejections from PA.  I've loved albums of his since before joining PA, and always thought him a no-brainer for inclusion.  I could have tried the Prog Related route, but thought he is more than that.

Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I have observed before. It can be much like that with music for me.

Hey Logan! The album I bought was called `Drones', just saw it on one of Greg Walker's Syn-phonic new release newsletters and thought I'd take a chance on it. Although it was a little inconsistent, flitting back and forth between Zeuhl and electronic pieces, I greatly enjoyed it, and I would have thought either genre would have been sufficient to place him in!

Shame, I would have really enjoyed giving it several spins to piece a review together for it!

Hi Michael: Drones was my first album by him -- really good album, though my particular favourite is his collaborative album with Olivier Cole.  Worth looking for if you get the chance.  Perhaps we could consider another Prog category for him such as Prog Electronic (though I wouldn't put it there).  RIO/Avant would have been my choice despite the Zeuhl relation for his discography.  I thought about offering it to Eclectic as I think that could work well, but I think I explained my concerns in the thread I started and linked to earlier.

I'd kind of like to combine this topic with mine since I put a lot of effort into it.  But please do check it out as I have more clips there.

EDIT: Yeah I said I would bring it to Eclectic before depending on what the monitors and others thought.  There wasn't much interest that time around (Dread Pirate Roberts was encouraging).

Good luck, Logan! You seem very passionate about him being added to the Archives, so I hope Goude can get placed somewhere! Definately deserves it, no doubt about it.

Should he end up authorised and approved, I'll whip up a review of `Drones' straight away!

He was rejected by the JR/F team as well.
Trust me. I know what I'm doing.

I was very passionate about it, but the whole thing left me feeling a little discombobulated to be honest.  I didn't do a  good job of discussing the issue with the Suggest New bands team, or making the case, and think I came across as too pushy.  I decided to wash my hands of it before.

I do think that ZART should reconsider since I know that at least one reject  vote was a mistake, based on myspace, and not based on Drones and Jeunes Annees (don't know if Jeunes Annees was ever considered), and that person later supported it but didn't change the vote at Progfreak.  JRF had a split vote, one yes and one no which automatically rejected him (but I dodn't know what was evaluated).

A problem with suggestions is, sometimes, the wrong material being evaluated, so I don't think that rejections should be cast in stone when not all of the material (or the wrong material) was evaluated.  It's also a reason why I think it best for the evaluations to be really spelled out, rather than just a vote.  When I was on team, I liked to share my thoughts in the Suggest New Bands thread when it came that way.  That way I could also discuss it with the suggester who might point me in the right direction, and take their thoughts into account.  That's not always a good idea, since it can lead to pointless bickering, but I never had a problem with it, and liked to involve the suggester in the process.  I'm not saying that was the case here, since I think the suggestion originally went straight through the ZART team's thread, so just generally speaking.

If the doors, deep purple, black sabbath, Hendrix make the archives then goude should instantly be considered prog related. Those tracks above are perfect examples

As usual my threads get thrown into a forum which no one checks out. Cool
