I know this link is for the 70's keyboardists, but if you do care, go check it out.
Best: who gives a s$%t? I don't remember Keith Emerson focusing on the atmosphere just as much as Rick Wright, do I?
Favorite: Rick Wright.

Wakeman, Banks and Lord are all great; not quite so fond of Emerson.
I'd add:
Martin Orford (aka God)
Kerry Minnear
Pete Bardens
Mark Kelly
Richard Wright
Rick van der Linden
Ken Hensley
Jon Tout
