As Epignosis pointed out early on in this thread there have been spirirtual elements in many prog bands over the years so that's not an issue for me. I happen to like classic Kansas though I wouldn't consider them a 'Christian' prog  rock band. As far as Morse and the others mentioned that are overtly 'Christian' they simply don't appeal that much to me on a purely musical level...though I do like some Glass Hammer and Syzygy.
I'm agnostic btw.
