That's all I can think off right now. I'm probably missing something.

Geesh, you hit the nail right on the head for me! A few others: King Crimson (possibly) Tool (like that'll happen) Transatlantic Opeth (hopefully, Fredrik mentioned a few new songs were written when I spoke with him in May) Ian Anderson Phideaux

I consider drone metal to be progressive...

From what have been already posted - UZ, Present (source?), Happy Family, Ulver
+ Solefald - Kosmopolis (In 2013 seen live 2x!!, I have really sky-high expectations!) Moonlyght - Return to Desolation (oh, that song "Falling" from their 2008 album, that's SOMETHING) Pin-Up Went Down - Perfreaktion Mithras - On Strange Loops (This could be the most refreshing (and breathtaking) dm album in a while) Sigh - Graveward Bölzer - Soma Lychgate, 2nd full-lenght Bubblemath

King Crimson (reunion) |
Remember, Fripp has said at this point there's no plan to do any writing and the band would focus on live performance only. I'm really hoping that once they get together and start working on rearrangements of older Crimso that some new ideas will start flying around and they'll have no choice but to record a new studio album

I have the new iamthemorning pre-ordered through their kickstarter campaign
There's part of me that hopes the new Discipline album will be completed that year too. No official release date yet, but I'm very optimistic! Maybe a new Opeth album too?

Iamthemorning's upcoming and White Light Generator by CBP come to mind.
Ian Anderson is working on a "progressive folk metal" (by his own words) project, Homo Erraticus, as well that I'm very much looking forward to.

I am looking forward to Pagan's Mind and Voyager's new releases.
Something else that could be quite special - Art and Illusion's new album.
|
I am currently digging:
Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz!
Please drop me a message with album suggestions.

Yeah, The Unnatural World is coming out on February 4th. I think I heard that its length is about 50 minutes, which is much less than DC. As for Giles Corey, no plans yet, as far as I know. Sad thing really, since I preferred it to DC, but forcing the new Giles Corey wouldn't bring good results for sure.
