Come to think of it, I have never heard a solo album of his. Shocked
I think I saw an SNL performance once, and I liked that.  And of course I was pretty fond of the Smiths.

His most recent concert at a Californian High School sold out in 12 seconds. LOL

He draws quite a big crowd honestly, he does some impressive venues iirc.
But yea tickets went up to$350, so yeeeaa.

Isn't that kinda ironic for an indie artist to ask that much for a ticket? LOL

I payed close to that to see Rush in pretty much front row seats.
Honestly - i'd i knew the concert would be fantastic - like it prolly would be. I'd pay that much if it was readily available.

Do the artist even have a say in ticket prices?

Good point. I just always associate indie with smaller venues.

My first Rush concert was for the Roll the Bones tour, my father was able to get me a 7th row seat for $50.  That would be about $85 today according to teh internet.

I guess back then they didn't have that "new generation" fan swelling they have nowadays. Whatever that reason, what a great deal.

My county has apparently had upwards of 120 inches of snow this year. I'm fairly tied of snow, I'm really tired of seeing it.

They were saying on the news that we need 9 more inches of snow to set the all-time record for snowfall in the area for a winter.  If we get the maximum of their prediction, we will set the record.  Yeah us!!!  Cry
