Love the SQUACKETT album

Yeah, it's really not a bad album at all. Some fantastic songs and overall musicianship from everyone involved.
You know, it kicks anything Asia have done , but seriously, there's barely a moment that I dislike on A Life Within A Day. Very respectable, exceptional musicianship, and tightly focussed songwriting. A stronger album than many make it out to be. It would get a 4 star rate/review from me (if I get my backside into gear and start reviewing again...)

Oh yeah buddy! Thumbs Up Classic!

I love bands that can create a huge atmosphere and suck you into their world with only a few notes...

Yep exactly, and 666 does that. I can just imagine how it must've been like listening to this, when it first hit the streets and small islands of Greece. It mirrors the Aegian sea so beautifully, that they must've felt an instant attraction. Anyway that's what I've always thought.

Brilliant is the word man, I don't know if you're familiar with this live album, but it features an entire set of new songs, amazing as always.

Hmmmm...not familiar with Pond.

One of the few I am missing from CdC's discography actually. But I've seen them live on youtube, and they're out of this world! There's a clip of a full gig from The States on, which is amazing.

Pond sounds like the end of the 60s, boiled heavily down, but yeah:-P

I've been getting into em more and more.  The last two are my favorites so far.

Their last two? do you mean one of them is Hermanded ?
This album was done without the incredible Ramses Luna the guy resposible for their wind instruments, I think it's pretty weak and even boring in a few places, regarding the quality of their previous albums. It's definitely lacking, like Rush would release an album without Geddy Lee.

But the rest of it is just mindblowing Approve
